" microcosm - of the black square 'of the Teramo artist Gabriella Fabbri.

On October 9, 2010 at 17.30 hours at the Gallery "La Bottega dell'Arte" in Spoleto will be presented by Maria Cristina Ricciardi his solo show " microcosm - of the black square "by the Teramo Gabriella Fabbri.

The exhibition will cover only a section of a much more extensive and complex called "cosmic game" and precisely what might be called a "microcosm - of the black square" since all the sixty paintings, displayed individually or meeting in a seven-or nine canvases of various sizes and colors, they have one, as a symbol of the creative potential of life. The microcosms, in fact, result from a lenticular vision of reality, showing its vibrational structure leaves emerge everything in macroscopic quantity would not be possible to gather and focus. The works, carried out on a square in different sizes and colors, they constitute a unique example since the square becomes black background from which they seem to emerge, also are related to each other, both in its proportions, both in the variety of color ranges, which extend from the primary colors complementary to, the ternary, the tonal nuances and a myriad of possible combinations, expressing the constant and diverse flow of existence. The intensity of vibration material emphasizes the creative process, giving the color strength and thickness.

microcosms-Sequences of Gabriella Fabbri

After the recent staff held at Palazzo Cerulli, Gabriella Fabbri back to exhibit in Teramo, in the charming area of \u200b\u200bSanta Maria in Bitely, today the city auditorium. This important series of works, presented in spring 2009, called the "microcosm" and focused on the meaning of a part of a universe and space physics related to the geometry of color, today following a further argument - in anticipation of a future larger projects - in when she returns to make visible, through the construction of painting-object, its line of connection between scientific thought and aesthetic thought. Here finds its reflection that followed, she has already begun, which places each painting as a partial but at the same time of incorporation, of a whole vast and imponderable. "Microcosms Sequences" is the title of this last season, so be didactic notes in a series of progressive steps, divided into two sequences of three triptychs each, and one of three diptychs. Every sequence lives the double condition of work accomplished and functional element for concatenation, summarizing the plan for a minimalist neo-installed array that meets the complex demands offered by quantum mechanics, the logic of change that exists in different stages of the sequences proposals, and new formal relationships, color and lighting, which are generated from this. Again the comparison with the mysterious territoriality, and boundless charm, inhabited only by experience know that Art and Science show in practice the exercise of freedom and intuitive knowledge.
Gabriella Fabbri's work there is, therefore, as a means of recording sensitive, those links are always surprising that mark his aesthetic analysis of human involvement and felt to changing dynamics in that there contain and track each individual item, the path to we are constantly subjected in the changes that occur and the meanings that, day after day, we learn to give things.

the middle of this installation (painting, photography, text) is the final stanza, the leave or leave of Song (Donna me please ...) by Guido Cavalcanti, a masterpiece of the thirteenth century, much admired in the twentieth century the American poet, Ezra Pound. In contrast to this image of freedom is no barbed wire, a symbol of prigonia. Although this reference is not specific, it evokes the detention of Pound in 1945 by the American authorities in a 'cage' near Pisa.
